PPOL 530 Analytical Methods for Decision-Making

Introduces students to a group of quantitative tools that assure high quality managerial decision-making. Topics to be covered are break-even analysis, linear programming, inventory control models (EOQ), waiting line models, decision theory, time series forecasting and project management (PERT and CPM).
