NUR 600 Org Theory, Hlth Care Mgt & Finance
The organization and financial structure of healthcare delivery systems will be examined. The course will emphasize theories and research as well as the principles of financial and organizational management for health care organizations. Students will be introduced to healthcare economics with a focus on the elements of practice management including concepts of cost, budgeting, reimbursement, marketing and productivity.
