MSC 660 Experimental Design/Biostatistics
Course will examine the mathematical methods for the analysis of biological, chemical, and physical data from the marine environment - experimental design, parametric non-parametric and re-sampling statistics. Basic design of experiments and field sampling, including random and systemic sampling, subsampling, survey techniques, single and multifactor experiments using randomized, nested, and blocked experimental designs and data analyses.
