MGT 321 The Legal and Ethical Environment of Business

A "C" or better is required in order to use this course as part of the core requirement for all business majors. This business law course focuses on civil law and introduces the student to business law and ethics and their relationship to and impact upon business. Topics include ethics, contracts, criminal law, torts, cyber crime, property and its protection (personal property and bailments, real property, insurance, wills and trusts), and Employment Law.
