ELE 423 Clinial Apps Demos Reading Ed
Students demonstrate knowledge of the foundationsof reading development, reading assessment, andinterpretation of data. Through a supervisedpracticum, students implement a research-basedreading intervention following a systematicproblem solving process to increase the readingproficiency of all students, including strugglingstudents, ELLs, students with disabilities, andstudents from diverse populations. This coursequalifies for Florida State Reading EndorsementRequirements for Competency Five: Demonstrationof Accomplishment and includes a lab experience.
