ACCT 350 Financial Reporting & Analysis

In this course students will gain an understanding of how a firm's primary financial statements are prepared and analyzed. Students will learn how earnings are calculated and how assets, liabilities and owner's equity are valued. This course will also cover how accounting information is used by management for decision making. These managerial topics include the determination of product costs, budgeting and incentive structures.  Pre-requisite: ECON 201.
