Ethics and Leadership Minor

The minor in Ethics and Leadership is a multidisciplinary program. It is designed to foster skills relevant to motivating, supervising, managing, and guiding people in a variety of organizational settings.

Emphasis is placed on navigating the moral dilemmas facing leaders in the real world today.

The minor consists of a minimum of 15 credit hours. These include electives in management, philosophy, communications, entrepreneurship, military science, and naval science, in addition to credits awarded for leadership activities performed outside of the classroom through internships and practicums.
