PSYC 8918 Practice in Industrial/Organizational Psychology II
Practical experience aimed at the development of skills in the components of organizational transformation, supervision and teaching. Emphasis on the performance of the organizational industrial psychologist in professional activities and in the consulting processes. One hundred sixty (160) hours of practice under the supervision of a faculty member, 8 hours in a practice scenario and 2 additional hours of writing and reading outside the center are required. Grade: P/NP.
