EDUC 6455 Assessment of the Individual
Analysis of the principles and the formal and informal assessment process used by counselors to understand the individual as an integral whole. Examination of the statistical methods used to qualify and interpret tests and other standardized instruments and their application in the assistance process. Emphasis on the understanding and transformation of raw scores to standard scores of statistical elements. Includes the ethical and legal aspects that govern the assessment process.
Prerequisite
Have approved a statistics course with a minimum grade of C.
