AWSC 4394 Training Techniques for Flight Crew (CRM Training)

Study of the means and systems available to mitigate human factor errors, such as the flight crew supervision (CRM), standardization and flight procedures, especially those related to threats and errors. Requires a minimum of 15 hours of training in a flight training device. It may require additional time in individualized theory or in a flight training device depending on the mastery of the skills required.
