SPLP 6911 Clinical Practice II
Application of the skills, techniques of evaluation and the treatment of communication disorders of speech and language of children and adults. Implementation of counseling interventions with patients and their families. Design and elaboration of intervention plans and the writing of evaluation and progress reports. Application of the skills of supervision and counseling to speech and language therapists. Use of the skills of administration of services in Speech and Language Pathology. Requires the student to complete a minimum of 240 hours of supervised practice. Grade: P/NP.
