Study of the basic concepts of human anatomy and physiology with an emphasis on the effect of toxic substances on the body. Discussion of the functioning of the respiratory, cardiovascular, excretory, digestive, nervous, endocrine, muscular, skeletal, integumentary, reproductive and lymphatic systems. The effects of nutrition and environmental factors on metabolism are highlighted.
