NURS 2141 Fundamentals of Maternal-Neonatal Care

Description of the evolution of maternal-neonatal nursing integrating the principles of the conceptual framework. Discussion of anatomical, biochemical, physiopsycological and pathological changes that affect the integral functioning of the client, before, during and after childbirth, including the normal new born during the early neonatal stage. Use of the nursing process in the study of the appropriate changes in the stages and health dysfunctions.
