ESST 101 Basics of Sustainability
Utilizing the United Nations Global Goals for Sustainable Development (SDGs) and other perspectives, students will examine the three pillars of sustainability - environment, society, and economics - to investigate contemporary environmental challenges as global citizens. Students will explore how today’s human societies can endure and build resilient systems in the face of global change, ecosystem degradation, and resource limitations.
