PHED 165 HIGH Fitness

Old school aerobics meets modern boot camp! HIGH Fitness is a hardcore but fun fitness class that incorporates interval training, music you love and easy to follow choreography. HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full body toning through a carefully formatted formula that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks. And the music makes it feel like a party! Course fee required.
