Waivers

Waiver of Academic Requirements

Requests for waivers of academic requirements must be made via petition to the Committee on Academic Standards. Petitions must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar for review by the Committee. Requests for waivers of general education requirements must be made to the Registrar. In each case, if a waiver is approved, the Office of the Registrar is notified in writing by the party issuing the waiver. After notification, the waiver is processed and reflected on the student's academic record.

Waiver of Physical Education Requirement

Any student aged 25 or over is eligible for a waiver of the general education Physical Education Requirement. Eligible students wishing to request a waiver must submit their request, in writing, to the Office of the Registrar.
