MGMT 3375 Management Research

This course explores measurement theory and research methods useful to practicing managers and to students wishing to pursue graduate work in the field of management. Students examine how research techniques are used by professionals and the role of research design in the development in management theory. Specific topics include: measurement theory (psychometric) and research design, qualitative research methods, attitudinal survey construction and analysis, analysis of variance techniques, correlation, regression analysis, factor analysis, and an introduction to multivariate statistical techniques.
