MGMT 5353 Law of Human Resource Management

The exploration and analysis of the broad range of laws affecting employment decisions from recruitment and selection to termination. The course looks at the impact on HRM-decision-making of the common law as well as all the major statutes: the Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and 1991, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and more.
