CRIJ 4306 Constitutional Law

A study of United States constitutional law with landmark cases concerning presidential power, the power of executive agencies, congressional power, federalism, taxing and spending powers, interstate and foreign commerce powers, and civil liberties and rights. Topic areas may include freedom of religion and speech, privacy, equal protection and due process issues, criminal procedures, and cruel and unusual punishment.
