LDMN 7382 Legal Issues in Ministry Organizations
this course involves the study of legal issues confronting churches and ministry organizations. Students will consider how to address these issueswith the highest of Christian ethical standards, such as: rules and processes governing incorporation, constitution and by-laws, liabilityand insurance, associated tax and business law, the duties and legal responsibilities of church officers and committees, church-state separation, etc.
