KINE 3321 Coaching Team Sports

An in-depth study of coaching athletes in team sports such as football, basketball, soccer, softball, and baseball. Guest speakers will provide insight and experience from the field. Practical issues such as conducting a team practice, developing team cohesion, and becoming an effective leader will be addressed. Throughout the semester, students will develop a personal coaching philosophy and be introduced to a wide array of issues involved in coaching team sports.
