MGMT 4353 Law of Human Resource Management

The exploration and analysis of the broad range oflaws affecting employment decisions fromrecruitment and selection of termination. Thecourse looks at the impact on HRM decision making of the common law as well as all the major statutes: the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 1991, the Family Leave Act, the Americans withDisabilities Acts, and more.
