LDSP 4306 Leadership Seminar
The organizational factors related to leadership will be studied. Topics such as organizational structure, technology, strategy, change, culture, and globalization will be examined. Through in- depth study of societal and organizational change,students will recognize emerging needs and trends in society and formulate ways to use their lives to meet those needs. Students will complete asubstantive service project.
