Florida National University publishes a digital catalog each year, prior to the Fall semester, with updates made throughout the year as necessary. The digital catalog is made available to students through the institution’s website, www.fnu.edu. The digital catalog revision process is intended to provide updated information to students throughout the year. Students can view digital catalog revisions, in real-time, through the university’s primary website. The university reserves the right to revise programs and the content of the catalog as needed to maintain compliance with institutional policies and procedures, accreditation requirements, and governmental compliance.
The Board of Governors, administrative officers, and their agents, through appropriate action, reserve the right to change any provision as appropriate.
Florida National University does not discriminate on the basis of age, color, disability, national or ethnic origin, race, sex, or any other characteristic protected by law in the administration of its educational, admission or registration policies, scholarships, loan programs, employment practices, or any University-administered program.
Limitation on Florida National University’s Liability
I understand and agree that Florida National University’s liability pursuant to any controversy, claim or dispute of any sort between myself (or any of my heirs, spouses, children, beneficiaries, successors, assigns, executors, representatives, personal representatives, or trustees) and Florida National University arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be limited to the total tuition and fees incurred and satisfied for the student’s program of enrollment the subject of this agreement. I understand and agree that this limitation on Florida National University’s liability shall apply regardless of whether such liability or damages were foreseeable, regardless of the legal or equitable theory upon which any controversy, claim or dispute is based, and regardless of the judicial, quasi-judicial, or administrative forum in which such controversy, claim or dispute is raised or litigated. Without limiting the foregoing, I understand and agree that Florida National University shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages (including lost profits or wages) sought in any controversy, claim or dispute of any sort between myself (or any of my heirs, spouses, children, beneficiaries, Successors, Assigns, Executors, Representatives, Personal Representatives, Or Trustees) and Florida National University arising out of or relating to this agreement.
