MBA 561 Hospitality Management Business Practical Application I
This course is the first half of the practicum for the Hospitality Management emphasis area of the Master of Business Administration. The students arrange their placement/internship, develop outcomes related to their area of interest, define how those outcomes will be measured, and begin the internship. At the end of the first half of the practicum, students will have gained practical experience in their chosen field and gained some insight into the profession through reflection.Course Entry Requirements: This course is to be taken after the completion of the first six required MBA core courses (MBA500, MBA501, MBA511, MBA515, MBA520, MBA525). Exceptions to this policy will require the approval of the MBA Program Director.
