Professional Writing Certificate

Course Requirements

To earn a Professional Writing Certificate, students must take any three of the following courses:

ART 314	Beginning Digital Imaging	2
ART 314L	Beginning Digital Imaging Lab	1
ENG 276	Creative Writing Workshop	3
ENG 300	Topics in Rhetorical Theory	3
ENG 301	Topics in Cultural Rhetorics	3
ENG 303	Topics in Media and Rhetoric	3
ENG 304	Topics in Communication and Rhetoric	3
ENG 485	Rhetoric and Power	1-3

ART 314, ART 314L: Taken together

And students must take one of the following courses:

ENG 371	Professional Communications	3
ENG 470	Advanced Professional Communications for ECC Majors	3

At least three of these courses must be taken at CBU.
