OGL-414 LEADING CHANGE
Leading change is a critical leadership competency. Leaders must support their teams through change and turmoil, helping them overcome losses and thrive when facing an uncertain future. This course introduces students to the challenges and opportunities of organizational change.Topics include systems thinking, adaptive leadership, the reasons people "resist change," organizational diagnostics, and effective change leadership strategies and models.
