OGL-306 ETHICS AND LEADERSHIP
This course connects moral philosophy, moral psychology, and the practice of leadership. Students explore classic moral theories such as Kantianism, Utilitarianism, Virtue Ethics, Justice Ethics, and the Ethics of Care and identify their preferred ethics decision-making style. Additionally, students explore behavioral ethics or the exploration of why people make certain ethical choices , and discuss strategies to enhance ethical reasoning and ethical behavior.
