The Leadership and Professional Studies interdisciplinary unit provides practitioners within both educational and business settings with the historical, theoretical, foundational, and practical knowledge and skills necessary to become successful leaders in workforce development, organizational learning and change, and administrative governance. Programs within the Leadership and Professional Studies interdisciplinary unit include Human Resource Development, Leadership and Innovation, and Organizational Leadership.
