NUR-438 NURSING LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
This course provides knowledge related to basic organizational and systems leadership necessary for the nurse generalist to provide high quality health care. It assists the student in cultivating and acquiring leadership and management skills needed to work collaboratively within complex health care environments. Prerequisites for Traditional Option: Fifth semester standing in BNS program. Prerequisites for Accelerated Option: Third semester standing in AO program. Corequisites (AO): NUR 458, NUR 432, NUR 456.
