MCB-003 PATHOPHYSIOLOGY AND PHARMACOLOGY
This course covers Pathophysiology and Pharmacology. Pathophysiology places emphasis on the disease processes affecting the human body with a view on the classification of diseases in order to understand health data and work with healthcare providers as it relates to understanding causes, diagnosis and treatment of disease. The pharmacology content of the course emphasizes the understanding of how drugs are absorbed and processed by the body. Prerequisites: MCB 001 and MCB 002. Recommended co-requisite: MCB 004
