CLB-437 MOLECULAR LAB DIAGNOSTICS II

Major topics considered in this course include baic principles and concepts of current techniques used in the diagnostic molecular medicine including DNA/RNA separation and detection, nucleic acid amplication, DNA sequencing analysis and newly arising technologies. The applications of molecular testing will be related to infectious disease, oncology, genetics and pharmacogenomics. Prerequisite: CLB 435
