LAW-6487 INTERNET LAW SEMINAR

This class provides the opportunity for in-depth exploration of discrete issues of Internet law and society. Examples include free speech, privacy, authority, mass media, secondary liability, etc. The course will focus on class discussion, with all students expected to participate fully. Final paper required, subject to instructor approval of topic.
