LAW-6445 CIVIL GOVERNMENT EXTERNSHIP

Students work in the Orange County Attorney offices 20 hours each week for 14 weeks. In addition to these hours, the students attend a one hour class weekly. Students assist these lawyers representing the government in various ways which may include regulation enforcement, litigation, meeting and broad work, legal research rule promulgation and negotiations. This is a pass/fail course. In addition to registering for this course students must submit an application and be accepted in placement.
