LAW-6365 OPINION & SCIENTIFIC EVD
This course examines the rules established under the common law and the rules of evidence regarding the use of opinion and expert testimony. In addition to a detailed examination of the rules governing admission of opinion evidence, the course will review types of scientific and expert evidence used in civil and criminal cases, including techniques for direct and cross examination of expert witnesses.
