LAW-6207 INTERNATIONAL CRIM LAW SEM

The course will explore the development of the substantive law of individual liability for international crimes from Nuremberg to the present and the structure and jurisprudence of the ad hoc international tribunals which have been established to prosecute these violations. The final grade will be predicated on a research paper which can be used to satisfy the advanced writing requirement.
