LAW-6173 Children's Rights Seminar
Children's Rights Seminar: Right to Medical and Mental Health Treatment - As a seminar, this course will be a detailed exploration of one right, the right to medical or mental health treatment, as applied to children. This course will require substantial classroom participation in the legal and policy topics being reviewed. The majority of the grade will be based on a paper that will meet the upper level writing requirement. In the last three classes, students will lead the class based on the papers they have chosen to write.
