LAW-5220 INTRVW COUNSEL&PROB SOLV
This is a skills building practicum course covering issues of effective client interviewing, counseling and problem-solving. It will include simulation exercises to enhance the student lawyers? abilities to interview and counsel clients. Students will work in groups to develop plans and resolve potential barriers in reaching non-litigation agreements. Prerequisites: Legal Research and Writing 1 & Legal Research and Writing 2.
