LAW-5210 LEGAL METHODS II
The crux of being a good lawyer is mastering legal reasoning and critical thinking. The ability to carefully study legal authority and craft a winning argument (or at least the best argument on the facts of the case) is not easily developed. Legal reasoning takes a variety of forms, and only through diligent practice and review will law students develop the analytical skills lawyers are famous for employing. Finally, every law student makes mistakes, but the most successful students understand how to turn an error into an opportunity through a process called self-regulated learning.
