BMS-537 MOLECULAR GENETICS

This course discusses the genetic influences that affect the course of human development from reproduction through the prenatal, neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, and adult periods. DNA isolation and relevant molecular genetic laboratory techniques will be discussed. Screening protocols, early intervention, and new treatment modalities will be discussed.
