BACC 210 Principles of Managerial Accounting
This course examines the role of accounting information in managing organizations. It focuses on concepts and tools used in planning operations, controlling activities, and decision making. Topics covered include: fundamental cost concepts, cost-volume profit analysis, budgetary planning, responsibility accounting and performance evaluation, incremental analysis, capital budgeting, flexible budgeting and standard costing and financial statement analysis (GAAP and IFRS).
