OL 553 Financial Management
Explores management of financial resources to achieve the goals of the organization. Provides grounding in accounting, finance, and legal issues to identify key indicators of organizational health. Introduces concepts of benchmarking and interpreting reports to develop action plans in a global setting. Students will learn financial tools used by professionals to increase their understanding of the tasks and issues that are relevant to conducting business globally.
