SM 321 Sport Governance

This course will provide a comprehensive review of the history, development and organizational structures, different segments of sport including interscholastic, intercollegiate, professional, amateur and international. The student will learn the importance of governing bodies in sport and the roles they play. Topics include current issues, initial and continuing eligibility, major governance areas and policy development.
