HS 470 Administration and Community Practice in Human Services

This course prepares students for exemplary leadership in human services by introducing them to policy issues, community change methods, and organizational administration as these are applied in the human services delivery system. The development of skills for effective communication, within the organization and with other community entities, is emphasized.
