PL 443 Advanced Research and Writing

Students will receive additional training in the legal writing of memoranda and briefs along with more in-depth research using Westlaw. Students will receive legal assignments and perform the extensive legal research and writing as if in a legal setting under simulated office time constraints with resulting critiques. Coverage of the appellate process is included.
