Purpose: To provide a process through which individuals alleging violations of college policy 4.3 Sexual Misconduct may pursue a complaint. 

Procedure: The college adopts Minnesota State System Procedure 1B.3.1 Response to Sexual Violence and Title IX Sexual Harassment as the process for investigating and responding to allegations of sexual misconduct pursuant to college policy 4.3 Sexual Misconduct. 

Students and employees may report allegations to a college employee directly, the college’s Public Safety Office, the Title IX Coordinator, or the college’s Designated InvestigatorStudents and employees may also utilize online reporting mechanisms available on the college’s external website and internal Employee Exchange. Anonymous reporting is available.

Complaints received through the website reporting portal are initially directed to one or more of the following: Designated Officer, Title IX Coordinator, and student conduct or CARE team members.

Complaints received through the Employee Exchange reporting portal are initially directed to the college’s Designated Investigator.
