HCM 2200 HEALTH CARE LAW AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

This course considers the importance of law and regulations in the health care administrative process. Areas to be emphasized include a general introduction to health care laws, the legal environment of public and private health organizations, and the impact of the law upon administrative decision-making.
