Admission Requirements (MSPAS)
Applicants must meet the following prerequisites:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a regionally accredited institution with a minimum 2.000/grade of “C” for each individual course and a cumulative GPA of 3.000 for all prerequisites:
- Upper level Human/Mammalian Biology - 3 credit hours
- General Chemistry I and II with laboratories - 8 credit hours
- Organic Chemistry with a laboratory - 4 credit hours
- Microbiology with a laboratory - 3 credit hours
- Human Anatomy - 3 credit hours
- Human Physiology - 3 credit hours
- General Psychology - 3 hours
- Abnormal or Developmental Psychology - 3 credit hours
- Statistics - 3 credit hours
All prerequisite courses must be completed by December of the year of application for the program’s June start date. The program will consider applicants who have one prerequisite course in process during the spring preceding the June start date.

Applicants must also meet certain “Technical Standards of Performance” in the areas of Observation, Communication, Motor Function, Intellectual/Conceptual, Integrative and Quantitative Ability, and Behavioral and Social Attributes.
