MGT 510 Executive Leadership Development
Students in this course will engage in self-reflection based on personalized assessments to gain insight into the type of leader they are and the type of leader they want to be. This course uses a variety of leadership and management assessment tools to determine the level of the managerial and leadership development of each student upon entry into the Executive MBA Program. Feedback from the instruments will be used to create a leadership development plan for each student. Guest speakers may be included to discuss skill development and critical leadership competencies.
