NUR 452WI Nursing Leadership and Health

This course provides the practicing nurse withtheory and concepts needed to successfully assumeleadership and management positions in thehealthcare environment. Special consideraton willbe given to the changing dynamics of theheatlhcare system. Concepts of quality and safetyin healthcare will be explored. Legal and ethicalissues in healthcare will also be examined.
